Returns

30-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process:

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns will be processed within 1-7 working days.

Refund Eligibility:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
